This Privacy Policy explains how Gamify2Grow ("we", "us") handles information through the Gamify2Grow Store Owner app ("the App") and this website. It's written to reflect exactly what the App does — not generic boilerplate.
Login credentials. When you sign in, your username and password are sent to our backend to authenticate you. They are not stored on your device beyond the resulting login session.
Session data. After login, your auth token, store ID, and store name are stored on your device using Android's encrypted secure storage (Keystore-backed) — never in plaintext. No analytics or tracking library has access to this data.
Your customers' data. The App displays data about people who have played your games or campaigns — names, mobile numbers, game/campaign names, and prize or winnings information. This is your own business data, fetched from our backend so you can view and manage it. It is not collected by the App from end users directly; it is data you already hold as a merchant, made available to you through the App.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs — no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no ad networks. The only third-party libraries the App relies on are functional: charting, secure on-device storage, PDF export, network requests, and opening external links. None of these transmit your data anywhere beyond what's described in this policy.
The App requests only the Internet permission, needed to communicate with our backend. It does not request access to your camera, contacts, storage, phone, or location.
The App can open WhatsApp with a message pre-filled for you to review and send yourself — for example, to request a new campaign. We do not transmit any App data to WhatsApp or Meta; only the message you choose to compose and send is shared, exactly as with any normal WhatsApp conversation.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is only accessible to our backend infrastructure that powers the App.
Session data stored on your device uses Android's encrypted, Keystore-backed secure storage rather than plaintext. We take reasonable measures to protect data handled by the App and our backend, though no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your merchant account is active. If you'd like your account or associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we will action your request.
The App is a business tool intended for store owners and merchants, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
